Begler Dental is a specialized cosmetic dentistry polyclinic located in Istanbul, Turkey. We offer a wide range of cosmetic dentistry treatments, aswell as necessary general treatments to support comprehensive dental care plans. Please be advised that the terms stated here in are legally binding for all patients of Begler Dental. It is crucial to read them carefully when you decide to receive treatment with us.

Eligibility
During the pre-consultation or final consultation phase, you must inform us of any health conditions, as this will determine your eligibility forany type of dental treatment. You are required to provide accurate information about your health and personal details. Any inconvenience or issues arising from false information will be your responsibility, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action if necessary. This includes information provided online andduring physical treatments in Istanbul. Applications made on behalf of someone else are not accepted, and we are not responsible for any unforeseen urgent events in such cases.

‍Services Offered
We provide a comprehensive range of dental services, including dental implants, veneers, sinus lifts, bone grafting, smile design, and teeth whitening. For additional details, please refer to our treatment and pricing information available on our website.

Travel and Accommodation
Complimentary accommodation is provided for treatments exceeding £3500, scheduled by us.

Upon your arrival in Istanbul, Turkey, we provide complimentary logistic support, including airport transfers and transportation between the clinic and the hotel.

You are responsible for purchasing your own flight ticket. We offer an 80% refund of the cost of an economy class flight ticket, which will be     displayed as a discount on your final treatment price.

You are welcome to bring one companion during your treatment. We will provide accommodation (sharing your room) and logistics in Turkey for them. 

Appointment Booking and Cancellations
After the pre-consultation phase, you can book an appointment via our BeglerCare appointment portal. Once an appointment is scheduled, please provide us with your flight ticket to confirm the appointment.

Appointment Cancellation: No fees will be charged if you cancel before confirmation. After confirmation, no additional fees will apply, but we are unable to refund 80% of your flight ticket.

Rescheduling: For rescheduling, please contact us directly via WhatsApp. We may not be able to provide the exact same appointment time, as it depends on clinic availability. Each case will be reviewed individually.

For details on our pricing, please click here. We reserve the right to update and explain our prices based on clinic needs without further explanation. Bookings made before a price change will not be affected.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank cards, credit cards, and cash.

Deposits or Pre-Payments: We do not require any deposits or pre-payments. However, you are responsible for your flight ticket. For further details regarding flight tickets, please refer to the Appointment and Booking Cancellation section.

Refund: We generally do not offer refunds after treatment.
